BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Cement Council of Texas is a not-for-profit Texas corporation comprised of manufacturers and distributors of portland cement. It is an affiliate of the Portland Cement Association (PCA), the recognized cement and concrete technical resource for users throughout the world.

The Cement Council of Texas members include; Alamo, Ash Grove, Buzzi Unicem USA, Capitol, Cemex, GCC Rio Grande, Holcim, Texas Industries, and Texas Lehigh Cement Companies, all with Texas-based cement manufacturing plants and/or sales offices.
